We Provide The Best Lawn Service 30+ Years And Counting

Locally Owned and Family Operated since 2005. Based in Grand Prairie Texas we provide services to Commercial, Municipal and residential Services. We provide residential maintenance in the Grand Prairie, South Arlington, and Mansfield Texas areas. Commercial services provided throughout the Dallas Fort Worth Area.

The Founder, Todd Hancock has a Facilities Management background, working in such industries as Hospitals, Commercial Real Estate and Data centers. Later as a Chemical Engineer sales and service to a wide range of manufacturing and property types, Todd Hancock began teaching and consulting various aspects of Facilities and Property Management, which included IPM and Horticulture. His company landed a job with a top Fortune 5, company for a landscape project that included, Integrated Pest Management or IPM, rain water recovery, complete drip irrigation and Xeriscape using native plants.

This project included management of the landscape as well as developing an IPM program for the owner. The Landscape portion of the company became the focal point of the facilities services portion of the company. The Landscape Company is predominant but there are still courses being taught and facilities services being performed.

For the last fifteen years Todd has traveled nationally and internationally (from Hawaii to Russia) presenting courses on responsible, environmental sound and sustaining practices within the Best Practices parameters laid out by BOMI and PESP. He has also presented multiple courses on the subject matter at the Pentagon and Oak Ridge National Laboratory.

In 2013, Todd was awarded the Certified Turf Management Professional Certification by the Texas Turfgrass Association. This is especially important to the company because it is a non-mandatory licensure or training requirement.

In 2015, ELS Landscape incorporated as Hancock Glen; Hancock Glen is a dba of ELS Landscaping. The company, principals and founders are committed to growing Hancock Glen as the premier landscape company.
